Teachers Test Prep Reviews

I utilized Teachers Test Prep for the CSET Multiple Subject exams (all three subtests). I managed to pass the first two on my initial attempt, all thanks to TTP... I've taken the third one but I'm still waiting for the results. I gotta say, the preparation for the third subtest didn’t seem as effective as it was for the first two. My exam for subtest three had just one question about sports and two related to art, even though those topics were covered a lot in the prep materials. (Maybe it was just the version I got). I would surely choose TTP again for any future tests. Not sure about the names of the instructors since mine was completely online.

I had a hard time with the Social Science exam since it's not my field of study. I checked out the teacher test prep videos and ended up passing with great results. I'm returning for another round with a different test. History is something I really like, but it ain't my strongest subject. Gotta say, I did enjoy the videos though. My advice? Don’t procrastinate. Watch the videos and then go take the test.

I gotta say, Katie McLemore is top-notch. She addressed every topic and answered all the questions I had. Plus, she's got a fantastic sense of humor.

Todd's CSET course was fantastic, and Alex is super helpful when it comes to answering questions and in the videos! I've utilized Teachers Test Prep for my CSETs and RICA, and I've really enjoyed the whole experience!

I signed up for a CBEST math prep course led by Katie. I gained way more knowledge from her than I ever did studying solo. Big thanks to Katie for breaking down those math concepts in a simple and clear manner!

I attended the writing prep-1 course led by Ms. Katie, and it was super engaging and full of useful info. It really helped me get a grip on the nitty-gritty of writing and how to come up with ideas using the prompts.

Grasping the material in the CSET Subtest 3 prep course was straightforward and really moved along at a speed I could handle. The teacher was friendly, detailed, and certainly held our focus. I attempted to prepare for the test using the CSET book, but I just couldn't concentrate. This class was precisely what I was looking for.

The math prep course for the CBEST was quite beneficial. Katie did a fantastic job as an instructor, but honestly, we just didn’t have enough time to go through everything in the 4 hours we had. I had to leave right at 7pm, and they were still discussing several topics after that. It would be great if they could either extend the class to 5 hours or offer a way to record the sessions.

Katie led the math section of the Cbest exam prep across two evenings. She was super detailed and simplified tough ideas for us. Plus, she was really patient, tackling all our queries and even sticking around longer to help with any extra questions.

Katie McLemore helped me understand math ideas I hadn't touched in years. Her explanations were clear, to the point, and she was super patient and fun. I'm all set now! Thanks a ton!!!

I've completed two courses with Todd, and I'm thrilled to say I passed both of my exams! He provided a lot of useful information and made learning a breeze for me. Can't wait to sign up for the next class with him!

Todd Lewis is an amazing teacher. His lectures are super clear and easy to understand. I felt a wave of relief after just the first 15 minutes of the initial session because I realized that the investment I made in these workshops was going to pay off. What’s even better is that he encourages questions at the end of each session, even if it runs over time. I noticed that Todd is a true educator who genuinely cares about his students' success and takes the time to address all our inquiries. Plus, he knows his stuff really well, and he’s got a fantastic sense of humor, making those two hours a blast :) Thanks a lot, Mr. Lewis!

I participated in the CBEST writing tutoring session. The tutor went over some traits of effective writing formats, but it felt like she was searching for definitions in real-time, which made me think she hadn't fully grasped the material herself. When someone in the group struggled with a definition, she didn't provide any further clarification or examples. Plus, the essay that received a 4-point score didn't align with the format she was describing.

This course was fantastic! I just wish it could go on a little longer, but overall, it was really good. The teacher, Sharon, was amazing. I had recently done another test prep before this one, and honestly, I felt like I threw my cash away on that class, but this one was totally worth it. It was excellent and super informative.
